Hillary Woodruff is an Order Processing Coordinator at Management inSites. In her role, she manages the critical order-to-cash cycle for clients within the International Business Incubator (IBI) program, ensuring that U.S. customers receive seamless, accurate, and timely service.

Hillary brings a wealth of logistical and operational experience to MI. With a strong professional background in transportation and overseas coordinating, she is highly adept at managing complex, cross-border supply chains. She holds a specialized DOT 49 CFR certificate, demonstrating her expertise in highly regulated U.S. shipping and transportation compliance—a vital asset for foreign manufacturers navigating the American market. Having also worked in the fast-paced beauty industry, Hillary possesses the adaptability required to handle diverse client needs.
