Hillary Woodruff is an Order Processing Coordinator at Management inSites. In her role, she manages the critical order-to-cash cycle for clients within the International Business Incubator (IBI) program, ensuring that U.S. customers receive seamless, accurate, and timely service.

Hillary brings a wealth of logistical and operational experience to MI. With a strong professional background in transportation and overseas coordinating, she is highly adept at managing complex, cross-border supply chains. She holds a specialized DOT 49 CFR certificate, demonstrating her expertise in highly regulated U.S. shipping and transportation compliance — a vital asset for foreign manufacturers navigating the American market. Having also worked in the fast-paced beauty industry, Hillary possesses the adaptability required to handle diverse client needs.
