Silvia joined MI in 2016. She offers organizational support to MI’s team and customers. She has assisted with a range of tasks including coordinating logistics, processing orders, invoicing, and additional bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
She most enjoys the challenge of learning the unique procedure involved with each new client, helping to improve it, and keeping the various processes organized. Resolving problems and interacting with our clients are some of her strengths.
Silvia spends a good portion of her time supporting MI’s pro-bono work with the Italian community. She is the assistant at the Honorary Consulate of Italy to North Carolina and helps with the bookkeeping, event planning, and communications for the non-profit organization Casa della Cultura Italiana – North Carolina.
She is fluent in Italian and English and is QuickBooks certified.
